Meet Sarah

Sarah's journey with AMG began in 2008 when she started as a care staff member in care homes. Over time, she advanced her career by taking on more responsibilities, including handling complex care packages. In 2015, she joined the inaugural Rapid Response Team, where she served as a rapid carer until 2019. During this period, her exceptional skills and dedication caught the attention of colleagues and management, ultimately resulting in her promotion to the role of Field Supervisor. In 2020, amidst the challenges posed by the pandemic, Sarah assumed the role of Care Coordinator. Her remarkable leadership abilities were evident, eventually leading to her appointment as Crewe Branch Manager in 2022. In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing the Crewe branch operations and ensuring the delivery of top-quality care.
